A guide to the final resting places
of over 250 people that
helped make Tombstone “the town
too tough to die”
History compiled by Terry Ike Clanton
INTRODUCTION
Many tourists visit the Boothill Graveyard in Tombstone Arizona on a daily basis. Many tourists stop by the counter and ask the sales clerk in the gift shop questions like… which part of the cemetery are the Earps buried in? Where is Ike Clanton and Johnny Ringo buried? The answer they hear from the clerk amazes them most of the time. None of the Earps are buried in Tombstone, neither is Ike Clanton or even John Ringo. With this in mind, I decided to put together “Tombstone's & Epitaph's” a guide to the final resting places of over 250 people that helped make Tombstone “the town too tough to die”
If I know how they died, the year and/or their occupations, I included that with the locations of their final resting places.
I hope you find this page helpful with your studies of Tombstone.
